Last month, Greg Emmel and I spoke on behalf of the D2 Center for a webinar entitled Re-engagement Centers-Key Element in a City Strategy to Recover Dropouts, hosted by the National League of Cities (NLC) Institute for Youth, Education and Families (YEF Institute). In addition to Omaha’s D2 Center, representatives from Philadelphia, Newark, and Boston shared information about their re-engagement centers.
