CAREER ASSESSMENT: What do you want to be when you finish high school? We will answer this question and many others during this 2-hour workshop. You will leave with three careers you are interested in, have the aptitude for, and how to go about getting into that career field (you also will learn how much you would be PAID).
11:30 AM – 1:30 PM
RESUMES/ON-LINE APPLICATION: We will create a resume to help you get a job or a scholarship. Once you’ve completed your resume, we will do an online search for jobs that you might be interested in applying.

MOCK INTERVIEWS: Sign up for Mock Interviews. You will have an opportunity to interview with 1 to 2 people to help you iron out the kinks of your interviewing skills. This is especially important to someone applying for a first job or someone who has been interviewed but not offered a job.
12:30 – 2:30 PM
COLLEGE BOUND: Determine whether you want to go to a 1-year degree program, 2-year degree program, or 4-year college diploma—which one is right for you? We will be working large group, small group and one on one to help YOU decide. We will be helping you complete college applications, FASFA/Financial Aid questions, and how to navigate the application process.
